Vice President of Engineering

📋 Description

• Own architecture and engineering direction across application and data platforms.
• Drive build vs. buy decisions; mentor engineers and managers.
• Champion AI and emerging tech to drive business impact.
• Partner with leadership to translate technical investments into outcomes.
• Hands-on contribution to code, designs, reviews, and PoCs.
• Shape long-term technical strategy and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing/building production software systems.
• Deep experience in distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, cloud infra.
• Mastery of JavaScript, Node.js, React; Express.js, Next.js.
• Experience with data pipelines, dbt, Snowflake/Redshift, data quality and governance.
• CI/CD automation, testing, deployment, rollback expertise.
• Experience evaluating vendors; ability to estimate engineering effort at scale.
