Vice President of Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead, hire, manage, mentor, and coach a team of global engineers as we build the leading scalable
• Own the ongoing improvements of our existing offerings and the build out of new innovative products
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team on cross functional initiatives
• Own the technical vision and architecture of our platform, ensuring that we are building for scale
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
• Create and implement standards around quality, efficiency and security

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical
• 15 years of experience in software development, with 5 years of experience in building SaaS
• Strong multi-cloud engineering experience
• Experience establishing engineering standards and best practices for AI-assisted software
• Demonstrated success driving adoption of AI-powered developer tooling and modern engineering
• Experience with Secure SDL best practices and building DevOps/DevSecOps teams
