Vice President of Engineering – Wireless

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end engineering roadmap, architecture, and delivery for the wireless hardware and
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary organization of engineering directors, managers, and
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to translate market requirements and
• Drive engineering best practices across the software development lifecycle, utilizing AI toolsets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related
• 12–15+ years of engineering experience in networking or wireless technology, with 8+ years in
• Deep technical knowledge of Wi-Fi/WLAN technologies (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be), RF engineering
• Proven track record of shipping complex hardware and software products at scale in a fast-paced
• Experience building and scaling distributed engineering teams, including offshore/nearshore
• Strong understanding of cloud-managed networking architectures and SaaS delivery models.
