Vice President of Net New Sales - Medium Enterprise

📋 Description

• Partner closely with the Workday field net-new sales organization to identify new opportunities
• Own and manage the complete sales cycle across an assigned South region territory, from lead
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate effective relationships with prospects, customers, Workday
• Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles while maintaining accurate forecasts, strong pipeline
• Build and execute sales strategies designed to achieve and exceed annual sales quotas.
• Manage services statements of work, proposals, pricing discussions, and the overall contracting

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience selling Workday solutions or Workday professional services.
• At least 5 years of sales experience within a professional services organization, or 5+ years of
• Extensive sales experience and established expertise within the Workday ecosystem.
• Broad knowledge of Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) and Financial Management, including
• Proven track record of selling Workday services across the South region.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate, and
