Vice President, Product Management, Platform & Innovation

📋 Description

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Appfire Platform and Innovation portfolio.
• Treat the Appfire Platform as a product with clear value propositions and adoption goals.
• Lead the Innovation team in discovering, validating, and launching new products.
• Oversee the technical relationship with Atlassian, including API and Forge changes.
• Build and grow a high-performing team of product managers and product leaders.
• Communicate strategy and progress across executive, technical, and business audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience including 5+ years leading teams.
• Demonstrated success scaling cloud platforms, APIs, or shared services in SaaS.
• Proven experience taking 0-to-1 products from discovery to commercial traction.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
• Commercial ownership of a software portfolio with P&L or revenue accountability.
• Experience building within the Atlassian ecosystem (Forge, Marketplace) preferred.
