Vice President, Product (Payments & Money Movement)

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Payments & Money Movement portfolio, aligning
• Lead, mentor, and develop experienced product leaders and their teams, fostering accountability
• Oversee payment acceptance and processing capabilities across cards, ACH, digital wallets, cash
• Advance payment orchestration and routing capabilities, including Smart Switch, to optimize payment
• Lead products supporting payment risk management, compliance, configurable business rules, and
• Guide the development of money movement capabilities, including disbursements, funding, clearing

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including substantial experience in payments, fintech
• 7+ years of progressive product leadership experience, including responsibility for multiple
• Deep understanding of payment processing and money movement, including gateways, acquiring
• Proven experience scaling, modernizing, or transforming complex, high-volume transactional
• Demonstrated success leading products and teams through significant growth, such as increasing
• Strong track record partnering with senior Engineering leaders on technically complex platform
