📋 Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract, grow, and retain customers
• Own pipeline targets and revenue outcomes for the marketing organization
• Leverage AI tools and coworker agents to build a smarter, faster demand generation engine
• Scale ABM personalization and surface insights for better decision-making
• Build out the overall program strategy from ideation to goal attainment
• Monitor campaign performance and advise team on adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing
• Proven success owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable revenue impact
• Data-driven leadership existing style using principles of application to document KPIs and
• Strong data-driven instincts and analytical skills
• Experience setting AI strategy for revenue marketing and championing AI-first culture
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
