Vice President, Solution Engineering - Majors

📋 Description

• Lead a multi-layer Solution Engineering org for Majors accounts.
• Own technical strategy aligned to revenue goals with Sales leadership.
• Define how Majors customers architect on Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
• Champion AI adoption, guiding customers to production at scale.
• Executive sponsor with top Majors accounts (CTOs, data officers, VPs).
• Partner with Product/Engineering to feed field insights into roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in solution engineering, presales, or technical leadership.
• Experience building/scaling multi-layer SE orgs with managers and senior ICs.
• Deep experience selling architecting cloud data platforms or AI solutions.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholders; credibility on business/technical outcomes.
• Fluency in modern data architecture and AI use cases.
• Strong partnership with Sales; ability to align tech resources to revenue.
