📋 Description

• Lead the Strategy Execution & Transformation Office and serve as the primary point of
• Translate long-range strategic objectives into a focused, prioritized, and executable portfolio of

• Evaluate portfolio capacity, resources, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities to support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, Organizational
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy execution, enterprise transformation
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple
• Experience managing multiple significant initiatives or a portfolio of work involving competing
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans, priorities, milestones

🎁 Benefits

• Base compensation of $175,000–$225,000 USD, with potential bonus opportunity.
• Full-time employee position with a 40-hour workweek.
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Remote/Nationwide position for candidates living in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
