📋 Description

• Lead the full Threat Detection & Response organization across Security Operations, Security
• Define and execute a long-term TD&R strategy, vision, and operating model aligned with customer
• Establish clear organizational structures, strategic priorities, resource plans, and measurable
• Drive measurable improvements in mean time to detect and respond, detection coverage, detection
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Innovation, Data, Support, and Sales to develop and execute an
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and deterministic investigations while preserving

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading modern security operations, threat detection and response, incident
• 5+ years of experience leading through managers and directors across a multi-functional security
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans for major cybersecurity functions
• Deep understanding of modern threat detection, incident response, threat operations, threat
• Strong technical perspective on where automation and AI can scale security operations and where
• Demonstrated ability to lead significant operational, technological, and organizational
