📋 Description

• Write approximately 100 video ad scripts per month initially, scaling to 200
• Develop high-converting 60-90 second founder-style video scripts
• Write short-form scripts for authentic, phone-based creator content
• Develop scripts and concepts for AI-generated video formats
• Analyze weekly advertising performance to identify effective hooks, angles, messages, structures
• Translate performance insights into new creative concepts and script variations

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written English with strong command of tone, structure, storytelling, persuasion, and
• Previous experience writing performance marketing, direct-response, social media, or video
• Strong understanding of engaging, persuasive, and conversion-focused video advertising
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong hooks, angles, calls to action, and messaging frameworks
• Ability to analyze advertising performance and extract actionable creative insights from data
• Comfortable using performance evidence to guide creative decisions
