📋 Description

• Assemble, refine, and package video podcast in Descript; shape pacing.
• Lead video editing workflow for each episode in Descript; ensure structure and clarity.
• Handle multi-track/multi-camera editing; maintain framing and sync.
• Record and direct host intros; ensure lighting and delivery.
• Prepare thumbnails, captions, on-screen text, and YouTube assets.
• Use Premiere and After Effects for advanced edits.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years producing high-quality video and audio content.
• 5+ years audio engineering experience in podcasts/radio.
• Expertise in Descript for video and audio editing.
• Pro Tools proficiency for advanced cleanup and mixing.
• Premiere experience with After Effects for light motion graphics.
• YouTube publishing best practices: thumbnails, titles, metadata.
