Video Editing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Video Editors, fostering a culture of creativity
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance management conversations to support employee
• Establish and reinforce best practices for video editing, motion graphics, workflow management, and
• Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to elevate team performance and output
• Partner with department leadership on hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
• Partner with Creative Directors to determine editing solutions for specific projects

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, media, or in-house creative
• 2+ years of team leadership, supervisory, or project management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Deep understanding of video editing, motion graphics, storytelling, and digital advertising best
• Experience producing content for social media, streaming TV, connected TV (CTV), programmatic
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
