A strong sense of pacing, hooks, storytelling, captions, and sound design
Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut
Intermediate English proficiency
Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to organize transcripts and independently complete a
Experience creating content for U.S. or international audiences (a plus)
