📋 Description

• Deliver a consistent weekly volume of edited video advertisements based on briefs from the Creative
• Produce 30–120 second performance-driven video ads and multiple creative variations for testing and
• Apply strong direct-response editing principles, including compelling hooks, pacing, visual
• Incorporate AI video and motion-generation tools such as Sora, Kling, or equivalent solutions into
• Maintain an organized creative pipeline from raw footage ingestion through editing, final export
• Work across UGC, AI-generated content, and higher-production creative, selecting the strongest

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience editing high-performing video advertisements for DTC brands, either in-house
• A strong portfolio demonstrating paid-social creative and an understanding of what drives
• Strong knowledge of Meta advertising formats, direct-response principles, hooks, pacing, creative
• Proven ability to translate creative and strategic briefs into compelling edits with minimal
• Experience working within high-throughput creative environments where speed, consistency
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut, with excellent instincts for pacing, visual
