📋 Description

• Edit and produce engaging short-form video content from podcasts, events, original social content
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create polished edits, motion graphics, animations
• Direct AI-generated video and image assets using modern AI tools, ensuring outputs meet
• Develop eye-catching covers, thumbnails, social posts, and other visual assets designed to capture
• Transform long-form or master content into compelling short-form experiences optimized for digital
• Combine raw footage, animation, visual effects, sound, and AI-generated assets into cohesive final

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, or a related creative
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to transform diverse content into engaging short-form
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, including strong motion
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered image and video generation tools and an understanding of how to
• Familiarity with tools such as Seedance, ChatGPT Image 2.0, Gemini Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, or
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, animation, and audience
