Coordinate location, permitting, travel, equipment, and crew logistics.
Manage day-of production; primary on-set contact for internal and external partners.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in video production (brand/agency/in-house).
Experience managing crews, freelancers, and external partners.
Proactive, entrepreneurial film production approach.
Strong understanding of pre-, production-, and post-production.
Experience budgeting and reconciling actuals against estimates.
Familiarity with contracts, talent releases, and vendor agreements.
