Video Production Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full production lifecycle for planned campaigns, reactive projects, and internal videos.
• Coordinate production briefs, schedules, shot lists, and delivery timelines with leadership.
• Manage shoot logistics: location, permitting, travel, gear, and crew.
• Direct day-of production as primary on-set contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure produced content reflects Axon brand at its best.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in video production (brand, agency, or in-house)
• Experience managing crews, freelancers, and external partners
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to film production
• Strong knowledge of the full production process: pre, production, post
• Experience budgeting and reconciling actuals vs estimates
• Contract management, talent releases, and vendor agreements
