📋 Description

• Support countries in updating and improving their websites
• Monitor website developments and coordinate updates with local teams
• Develop strong expertise in our CMS (Ibexa) and gradually become a go-to contact for CMS and
• Support and train local communications colleagues on digital tools, website management and best
• Develop and write engaging content for newsletters, social media posts, email campaigns and other
• Create multimedia content including graphics, photos, and videos, using tools such as Canva

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree level and minimum 1-year professional experience in communications, marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with SEO, CMS platforms (preferably Ibexa), social media and digital analytics
• Use digital tools specific to the business ("Ibexa" CMS, social media, Canva, PlayPlay, Google
• Interest in creating multimedia content, including graphics, photos and videos
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities
