🎯 Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; experience in rural/community development preferred
Good communication and community mobilisation skills
Familiarity with local communities and Government welfare schemes
Ability to conduct field activities, maintain records, and collect beneficiary data
Willingness to undertake regular field visits and engage with villagers
Good existing relationship with village, block and district authorities
