  • Own the end-to-end VIP user journey across App and Web.
  • Improve VIP product experience by addressing pain points and visibility.
  • Design growth and lifecycle initiatives to boost VIP acquisition and retention.
  • Plan VIP campaigns with strong execution, QA, and post-analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product, Eng, Design, Marketing, CRM, Sales, and regions.
  • Use data analysis to monitor funnel, behavior, ROI, and VIP metrics.

  • 2+ years in product operations, growth, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing.
  • Ability to combine product thinking with operational execution.
  • Experience in campaign planning and lifecycle operations (referral, notifications, reactivation, engagement).
  • Strong product sense; write requirements and user flows with Product/Engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills: funnel and cohort analysis, campaign evaluation.
  • High ownership, cross-functional communication, manage multiple workstreams.
