📋 Description

• Research and interpret international visa and immigration regulations relevant to cross-border work
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into structured rules, decision trees, and system-ready
• Build and maintain clear, auditable compliance logic that can be consistently applied across
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex immigration and compliance questions, conducting thorough
• Develop, document, and continuously improve standardized visa and immigration processes.
• Provide expert-level compliance guidance and operational support to internal Operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in visa and immigration compliance.
• Corporate immigration experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international visa and immigration regulations and cross-border work
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed regulatory research and independently resolve complex
• Strong understanding of how to translate regulations and legal requirements into clear processes
• Ability to balance compliance accuracy with practical, scalable, and automation-oriented solutions.
