Visual Designer

📋 Description

• Design marketing and communications materials for real estate teams, home service partners, and
• Create a wide variety of visual assets including digital ads, social graphics, flyers, postcards
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into effective visual design solutions
• Work within established brand guidelines while maintaining a strong eye for typography, layout
• Adapt existing brand systems across different formats, audiences, and channels
• Collaborate with marketing, product, web, partner success, and other internal teams to understand

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic or visual design experience
• Portfolio showing typography, layout, composition, and creative problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable designing for print and digital
• Experience juggling multiple brands or clients
• Ability to work within existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas
