📋 Description

• Lead key store operations: shipment, receiving, processing
• Manage floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates
• Maintain and refresh product presentation with Visual Manager
• Plan and execute visual floor changes with payroll and budgets
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support guests and teams
• Lead and develop Associates; recruit and coach with store leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership and team coaching ability
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• High energy, enthusiastic and positive
• Strong retail floor movement and visual direction skills
• Align with ALO guiding principles
