• Manage key ops: shipment, receiving, processing, transfers
• Maintain product presentation; restock and merchandising changes
• Plan floor changes to meet budgets and timelines
• Move on the store floor to assess business needs
• Lead by example; drive strong guest experience
• Coach and develop team; partner with Visual Manager

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership with decision-making ability
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
