📋 Description

• Lead visual merchandising to support store sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with Management, Operations and Visual Managers to drive results.
• Move across sales floor and back of house; ensure clean, inviting store and efficient operations.
• Plan and execute visual floor changes and product presentation with budget awareness.
• Lead, coach and develop Associates to uphold visual standards and guest experience.
• Collaborate on reporting to identify opportunities in product placement, stock levels and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales or retail operations.
• Strong leadership, decision making and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, expenses and inventory with vendors/partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Ability to lift/move up to 10-15KG and work a rotating weekend roster.
