Visual Manager - Flatiron

📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Lead visual merchandising and product presentation in the store
• Ensure the store is customer-ready at all times
• Manage movement between sales floor and back of house
• Lead budget, scheduling, and measurement with store leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in retail or store leadership
• Strong visual merchandising and presentation skills
• Proficient with MS Office; data reporting ability
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts
• Able to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
