📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key visual and operational processes
• Lead visual standards for the sales floor using data
• Direct strategic product presentation, restock, and merchandising
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and business needs
• Own visual direction from planning to execution
• Use reporting tools with management to spot opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail leadership experience
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication
• Agile with multitasking in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic, time management and accountability
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
