📋 Description

• Oversee key operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor using data.
• Lead product presentation and merchandising with restock planning.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and business needs.
• Own visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to optimize product placement and stock.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Agile and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a full shift
