VM | Account Director

📋 Description

• Act as overall manager of a client's business, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Strengthen and own client and partner agency relationships and map team to client set.
• Deliver Radical Candor to strengthen client relations and operational excellence.
• Lead and attend internal meetings (creative reviews, status meetings, IAT).
• Leverage brand knowledge to inspire the team and contribute ideas to transform the business.
• Lead client presentations and confidently present as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing teams (internal and IAT)
• Experience running multichannel projects with multi-agency teams
• Experience presenting to senior clients
• Experience leading integrated reporting including organic/paid social and campaigns
• Knowledge of Advertising Research nomenclature (e.g., Media Reporting, MMM Studies)
• Mastery of PowerPoint, Google Slides and meeting tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)
