📋 Description

• Develop growth strategies, communications, and content for all MadHive constituencies
• Define the MadHive brand vision with senior leaders
• Build and budget the MadHive marketing team for scale
• Design and execute campaigns to define MadHive's values in a competitive space
• Plan and run marketing events for MadHive prospects
• Produce thought leadership content (surveys, webinars, whitepapers, case studies)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is desired
• 10-15 years in marketing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem
• Passion for streaming content and video advertising; enterprise/B2B software a plus
• Change agent who thrives in ambiguity and drives innovation
• Proven ability to hire and mentor a high-performing marketing team
