• Market Strategy: Set and run Paytm's go-to-market strategy for the assigned market, covering target
• P&L Ownership: Own revenue, margin and growth targets, and report regularly on performance to
• Merchant and Enterprise Growth: Win and grow relationships with large merchants, enterprises
• Strategic Partnerships: Build partnerships with banks, acquirers, payment service providers, card
• Team Building: Hire and lead a high-performing commercial team covering sales, partnerships
• Product Localisation: Work with the Product and Technology teams so the products fit local market

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in payments, fintech, banking or financial technology, with a
• Has owned a P&L or market as a Country Manager, Managing Director, Regional Head, CBO or in a
• Deep knowledge of the local payments ecosystem, including merchant acquiring, e-commerce
• An established network among merchants, banks and payment ecosystem stakeholders in the market.
• Has built and scaled commercial teams in a growing or start-up setting.
• Fluent in English. German is required for the Germany role, and Dutch and/or French is highly
