• 10+ years in enterprise consulting or operations transformation.
• 4+ years leading large cross-functional delivery teams.

• Strong background redesigning complex business processes.
• Proven success with digital transformation using SaaS tech.
• Hands-on with workflow automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled change.
