• Lead enterprise delivery in Healthcare (provider) with client engagements
• Shape delivery strategy and scale consulting-led platform offerings
• Act as player-coach, guiding delivery while scaling processes and governance
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success executives
• Translate business challenges into actionable workflows on the Kizen platform

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise consulting or related roles
• 4+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams
• 4+ years in Healthcare (provider) industry
• Experience deploying CRM/ERP/EMR, RPA, or low-code solutions
• Strong change-management and stakeholder influence
• Hands-on in workflow automation and AI-enabled change
