📋 Description

• Set the strategic vision and operating model for global Controllership—building the maturity
• Lead and develop senior leaders across the function, with accountability for organizational design
• Own the company's technical accounting positions and conclusions under U.S. GAAP, including complex
• Own the integrity, timeliness, and quality of external financial reporting, including SEC filings
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation process, driving continuous
• Drive the strategic vision, design, and continuous improvement of the internal control environment

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including current or recent
• CPA and Big 4 public accounting background with a strong audit and technical accounting foundation
• Deep, current expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, with demonstrated experience
• Proven track record of leading transformational change—including ERP/systems modernization, process
• Experience building, scaling, and leading large, distributed global teams, including establishing
• Demonstrated experience operating at scale within a high-growth environment, managing increasing
