📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery across four functions: model build, QA and CS-defined deployment processes
• Own the delivery P&L — managing cost per deployment, contractor spend, and team utilisation to
• Drive consistent digital twin model quality, velocity, and standardisation — working with Customer
• Operationalise KPIs across the delivery function — model build cycle time, on-time delivery rate
• Build and own the delivery playbook covering model build, QA processes, and contractor execution —
• Build and lead global delivery teams across AU, US, EU, and India — developing regional leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading delivery or implementation functions, with at least 3 years at VP or equivalent
• Proven track record leading delivery functions at scale in enterprise SaaS
• Experience managing global delivery teams across multiple regions and timezones
• Familiarity with utility, energy, or heavy infrastructure customers is an advantage
• Deep familiarity with US enterprise customer dynamics
• Strong understanding of delivery economics: utilisation, margin management, capacity planning
