📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, shaping enterprise transformation agendas
• Lead and contribute to $6M-$8M in annual pre-sales activity
• Act as executive strategist across key engagements
• Partner with Solutioning, Client Service, and Delivery leadership to integrate change management
• Define and lead AI-enabled transformation strategies for enterprise clients
• Develop and evolve target operating models reflecting AI changes

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in digital strategy, change management, or technology transformation
• Deep expertise in the U.S. healthcare ecosystem (payer, provider, life sciences)
• Proven track record of leading enterprise digital transformation strategy
• Experience developing target operating models, role redesigns, and governance frameworks
• Strong financial acumen in connecting transformation to business value
• Experience developing commercial and growth strategies in healthcare
