VP, Executive Operations - Office of CEO

📋 Description

• Design and operate the enterprise operating rhythm to accelerate CEO decision velocity
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Marketing
• Own executive communications, market narratives, and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate leadership activities (leadership meetings, reviews, offsites, Board meetings)
• Act as proxy for the CEO in strategic forums and working groups
• Lead a team of Customer Advocates to manage high-priority engagements and escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in fast-paced software environments with rapid career progression
• Hybrid Skillset including Management Consulting experience and high-growth enterprise software
• Experience advising C-suite executives and driving executive velocity
• Strong command of software performance drivers, product-led and enterprise sales motions
• Exceptional written/oral communication; board-ready presentations
• High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and cross-functional collaboration
