📋 Description

• Participate in and contribute to project planning/development meetings and internal/external status
• Work cross-functionally to ensure the highest quality and smoothest operation of the overall
• Help identify appropriate outside vendors, (per event scope/type), request and negotiate bids
• Works with internal stakeholders to deliver breakthrough ideas that deliver against client
• Oversees all Event Production needs to ensure world-class execution.
• Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure consistent & comprehensive

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in event planning and execution, with demonstrated experience managing a diverse
• Proven experience managing third-party event agencies — including briefing, overseeing production
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously across different stakeholder groups
• Strong budget management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality experiences within
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder — comfortable working across a wide range of
• Highly resourceful and self-sufficient.
