VP Finance

📋 Description

• Own strategic finance including revenue forecasting, company-wide budgeting, pricing and
• Lead accounting & controllership including month-end close, GAAP compliance, tax
• Build financial & operational infrastructure including systems roadmap, bill pay, cash
• Own the People function including recruiting infrastructure, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and
• Force multiply the CEO & leadership team by partnering on board meeting preparation, investor

🎯 Requirements

• Head-of or VP-level experience leading a Finance function at a startup, ideally with direct
• A mix of formal finance training (investment banking, corporate finance, or similar) and hands-on
• A track record of building financial infrastructure and processes from the ground up — systems
• Experience managing investor relationships
• Comfort owning People/HR alongside finance, even without a formal HR background
