VP, Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Own enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for a growth-stage SaaS
• Build and stress-test financial models and scenarios directly
• Translate financial numbers into strategic decisions
• Present financial output to CFO, board, and executive leadership
• Partner with business unit owners and executive leadership
• Prioritize across competing asks from CFO, business leaders, and sponsor

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership, with a track record of
• Direct experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business, fluent in ARR, NRR, churn, cohort, and
• Strong financial modeling and scenario-planning skills — able to build complex models from scratch
• Exposure to an exit, sale process, recapitalization, refinancing, or similar transaction, with a
• Executive presence — able to move fluidly between deep model work and clear, confident presentation
• Strong judgment about what's urgent, what's important, and what can wait — able to prioritize
