VP Fintech Sales Executive

📋 Description

• Lead business development and enterprise sales initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new strategic partners across fintech companies, marketplaces, and
• Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry networking
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities aligned with organizational growth objectives and
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving founders, C-suite executives, and
• Maintain sales momentum from initial engagement through negotiation and contract execution

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within fintech, banking
• Proven track record of identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value
• Direct experience with sponsor bank models, embedded finance solutions, or financial program
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC)
• Ability to understand how regulatory obligations and risk considerations influence commercial
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across client organizations and
