VP of Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the engineering team in designing and delivering high-quality software solutions
• Lead and scale a distributed engineering org spanning Palo Alto and Bangalore
• Develop and implement engineering processes and standards
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to define technology strategy
• Manage and allocate resources for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD
• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on technical skills in software development, architecture, design
• Experience managing and mentoring large engineering teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
