🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, CS; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in investment banking/structured finance with asset-backed securities focus.
• Deep knowledge of IT applications and systems for creating and distributing financial products.
• Strong interest in digital assets, blockchain tech, and Bitcoin Layer-2 solutions.
• Experience selling to the enterprise C-suite and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise fintech/blockchain products.
