VP of Growth

📋 Description

• Own the full growth funnel (AARRR) and conversion rates between stages
• Own funnel instrumentation and data trustworthiness
• Turn product, marketing and CRM data into signals for the account team
• Manage the boundary between product-led and account-led motions
• Lead and grow the Growth org (current team of 3 engineers)
• Establish Growth KPIs, SLAs, experiment cadence and quarterly planning

🎯 Requirements

• Growth or product leadership experience at a growth-stage scale-up
• B2B SaaS experience
• Ownership of a product-led growth motion alongside a sales-assisted/account-led function
• Hands-on experimentation across the full funnel (website conversion to lifecycle)
• Technical fluency in funnel instrumentation and product analytics
• Hands-on experience building or running agentic workflows with AI tooling
