📋 Description

• Lead the overarching growth strategy to expand EMARKETER's digital audience reach, subscriber
• Build and scale demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs in deep partnership
• Take direct ownership of marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue
• Lead the marketing operations team responsible for ensuring seamless CRM workflows, journeys
• Directly manage and mentor the Director of Growth Marketing (and Growth Team) and Director of

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, performance acquisition, and marketing
• 5+ years managing marketing directors and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Salesforce
• Demonstrated experience managing significant paid media budgets and scaling digital audience
