📋 Description

• Provide strategic HR Business Partnering support to XLT member(s) and lead the Business Partners
• Provide leadership and Business Partner guidance to the Managing Director of North America on
• Work closely with the other GM/VPs of PX/HR Partnering to ensure strong collaboration and
• Collaborate with your peers in PX Center of Excellence teams (OD, Remuneration, Workplace), working
• Identify the unique skills and development opportunities across your team to ensure they are
• Serve as a trusted advisor to your XLT member(s) providing ongoing support & guidance with all
