📋 Description

• Lead and scale the company's People strategy across hiring, onboarding, performance management, and
• Partner with executive leadership and department heads to translate business goals into headcount
• Lead end-to-end recruiting strategy, including hiring frameworks, workforce planning, and
• Build and standardize hiring processes, role definitions, scorecards, and interview practices to
• Develop and maintain clear metrics and dashboards for hiring, retention, performance, and
• Design and implement scalable onboarding, performance, and manager enablement programs that support

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent, or HR, including experience operating at a
• Experience scaling small companies to mid-sized organizations in a short timespan across multiple
• Proven experience partnering with executives and senior leaders in a fast-growing startup or
• Ability to maintain a high velocity, fast-paced culture across departments through major growth
• Experience managing complex compensation plans across different types of functions.
• Strong judgment and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed.
