VP of Product

📋 Description

• Own the product direction and strategy across our product lines: Distru ERP, Distru Commerce, Order
• Deliver a quarterly strategy review to the exec team.
• Own the product hiring pipeline.
• Owning the product timeline as a source of truth for the company and technical teams.
• Experiment with the team on AI first product processes and foster team wide adoption.
• Reviewing and iterating on PRDs, designs, and mockups with the product team.

🎯 Requirements

• You have built and run a product org, including hiring, coaching, and making hard people calls.
• Experience building and shipping MCPs (Model Context Protocol) that are used in production.
• You’ve navigated the expansion of a product into new markets or major new product directions.
• Strong technical foundation of the modern SAAS + AI stack including infrastructure, data, AI
• Strong grasp of production system concerns: reliability, observability, permissions, and safe
• Outcome oriented mentality. Failure is more than welcome, but we measure our progress by the
