VP of Product & Engineering - Back of House

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end Product and Engineering strategy for the Back of House domain, including product
• Lead globally distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones, establishing structures
• Build and develop a strong management layer while mentoring senior individual contributors and
• Drive ongoing improvements in platform reliability, performance, scalability, and technical debt
• Determine where AI can create meaningful value within the Back of House product and lead the

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience with combined Product and Engineering ownership at VP or equivalent senior
• Proven experience leading globally distributed engineering organizations across multiple time
• Strong operating experience within a scaling SaaS environment, ideally from Series C through
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and cultures while maintaining strong standards
• Hands-on AI product experience equivalent to an advanced level of AI fluency, including having
